Real-time Quality Monitoring
DPI allows real-time monitoring of product quality throughout the entire production cycle. This helps identify potential issues early on, preventing the accumulation of quality defects during the manufacturing process.
During Production Inspection (DPI) is an inspection conducted during the manufacturing process to monitor and assess product quality in real-time at various stages of production.
Typically carried out by independent third-party inspection agencies, DPI aims to ensure that the product complies with predetermined quality standards and specifications. This process involves verification of raw materials, production progress, and manufacturing processes. Additionally, inspectors will conduct quality inspections on finished and semi-finished products.
Our During Production Inspection involves the systematic sampling of both finished and semi-finished products on-site, following the globally recognized standard ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1). A comprehensive quality assessment of the selected samples is conducted, encompassing a series of tests and AQL inspection.
The inspection covers verification of style, workmanship, labels, packaging, and tracking production progress. Our checklist is tailored to your specific products and order requirements, ensuring a thorough evaluation with a focus on safety and compliance.
